At Doggy Bathroom, giving you peace of mind is very important to us. If you need to return your online purchase, we’ll happily refund your items within 30 days of receiving the product(s) pending inspection. Refunds will be issued to product(s) that have not been used and are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are contingent upon inspection once received at our warehouse. If you accidentally received the wrong item, or if it has arrived damaged, kindly email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product(s) along with photos of the damaged goods if applicable.
How to ask for a refund?
Kindly submit your request at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your purchase, including the invoice number and the reason for your return. Please note, items on sale are final and not eligible for return.
Sending it back
Once your return has been processed, the destination address will be email to you. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the items are shipped in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the responsibility of the sender. Sender to provide tracking number by email. A $25 restocking fee will be deduced from the total amount refunded.
